Noodle Rock is a proprietary offering from us built from our experience working with people from all walks of life, all fitness levels, all abilities. We have had the privilege over the years to work with so many brilliant people, so in this class we have taken the best bits from every class that we have ever taught and combined it into Noodle Rock.
In this class we build co-ordination and balance, strength and flexibility, and have a great time doing it!
Using soft props we work on improving how we connect with the ground and how we relate to- and work with- the space around us.
