Coffee Morning Alert! We are supporting an amazing event in aid of Myeloma UK this weekend: Pound Icon Jess Mckee has put together a wellbeing coffee morning in London which will be held at The Refinery, Hackney, East London. Entry is £20 and all proceeds go towards Myeloma UK.

Attend a class, get your nails done, shop or get some cake and coffee and join us all in the fight against cancer.
* Boudoir Beauty Parlour will be doing nails
* Wild Thyme Food, Some generous people and 9 Tea Cups (that’s us!) will be providing some lovely healthy treats for you to enjoy.
* & there will be a pop-up shop from the amazing Posto9 Activa – Fitness Wear with a Brazilian twist

Everyone is welcome to attend for coffee, some delicious gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar free food, shopping and a bit of pre-holiday pampering!

Master trainers Jess McKee, Sara Fakih & Coco Tomas will be teaching Poundfit, Buti Yoga and a Pole taster class, which are now sold out. But it doesn’t mean you still can’t help to make a difference!

If you are in London this weekend, get to The Refinery and help to support a very worthy cause. If you can’t make it but would like to donate, please click here:
